Friday Food Share: Sriracha House, Miami Beach

I think I have lost count with how many times I’ve eaten at Sriracha House. Whether it be for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a quick snack, I have tried it all. What I love about their food is that it’s the classic Asian Cuisine. Fast, tasty and satisfying. The flavor just explodes into your mouth and you find yourself asking for more and more. I know I do.

I love their idea of letting the customer choose what they want in their box (Yes, the dish is served in a box – very Asian indeed). So let me walk you through on this delicious journey of discovering your very own fresh pan Sriracha House dish.

Rice vs Noodles – What about both?
You start off with your choice of base, either rice or noodles. The base is blended with fresh vegetables including carrots, white cabbage, onion, bean sprout and spring onion and of course we can not forget, the champion stir-fried egg. (Tip: You can always ask for extra egg 😉 )

Land, Sea or Air
Once you have selected your base, let’s add up their fresh selection of beef, chicken, vegan chicken, shrimp, pork or tofu. Order them all if you want, the dish is all yours! I always order chicken and shrimp. Hmmm. I’m getting hungry as I type this article 😛

Flavors of Asia
Now let’s add some flavor to your dish! The restaurant carries flavors and spices from Thailand, India, China, Vietnam, Japan and other Asian countries. You can choose from their home-made sauces: Japanese Teriyaki, Chinese Sweet & Sour, Thai Peanut etc. Make it sweet or if you want a kick of spiciness, add the Sriracha House Spicy Hot Chili sauce into your wok. Let your wok master know how sweet or spicy you want it to be and he’ll make sure to capture what you’re craving for 😛

Go crazy with Toppings!
For that extra flavor, make your wok crunch by adding your choice of mushrooms, vegetables or my all time favorite, pineapple! Then finish it off with crispy garlic, fresh cilantro, crispy onion, roasted peanut or toasted sesame seeds.
Now watch and be mesmerize by the blazing fire as the wok master creates your dish. Careful now, take it slow as the food is served really hot! And with that said, of course you need to cool down by adding a flavorful bubble tea with your dish. Make it fun by adding tapioca boba pearls or popping bobas. Now if the tea does not quench your thirst, order from their selection of Asian and local craft beer. My personal favorite is the Funky Buddha – love the name, the taste and how funky is this bottle?!

And we can not forget the dessert… Sriracha House offers a refreshing, fluffy shaved snow, available in different flavors.
