Fifty Shades of Blonde and Red, colored the runway at the TRESemmé Runway Ready 2019: Color The Runway show. It was a night of radiance and brilliance.
TRESemmé teamed up with two of the country’s most sought-after creative directors, Daryl Chang and Pam Quiñones, to curate head-to-toes looks inspired by the season’s trend of bold hair color. Being the latest color care range of TRESemmé, the runway represented two different collections under the new TRESemmé Pro-Color Series: Color Radiance and Blonde Brilliance.
Pam Quiñones’ Color Radiance Collection for me was: spicy, seductive and strong.
Graced by Janine Gutierrez, the newest TRESemmé ambassador, the segment featured local designers: Carl Jan Cruz, Rajo Laurel, Martin Bautista, Sassa Jimenez, Geoff Gonzalez and Jerome Llorico. Models like Jessica Yang sported slick, wet, and piece-y hair, highlighting red and brunette undertones, whom were styled by TRESemmé hair experts, Lourd Ramos and Victor Ortega.
While Daryl Chang’s Blonde Brilliance Collection was all about the boldness of light shades. The second segment went for a young, vibrant, instagirl aesthetic — looks I definitely want!
TRESemmé ambassador, Laureen Uy strutted down the runway in a variety of all-black looks with perfect pops of color, further highlighting the different blonde hair shades on the runway. This segment featured local brands: Neon Island, Aranaz, Pinas Sadya, Primadonna and Deliver Deliver Daily. The models sported volumized, messy look as styled by TRESemmé hair expert, Suyen Salazar and celebrity hair stylist, Mark Familara.
